The only constant is change and with that said we welcome you to my newly revamped website!  I have great things in store so please dive in! So what's new besides the look of the website? The services has now been specialized into 3 areas: Individual Life Sessions, Child-Play Sessions, and coming soon: Teen Workshops for High Schools!

Life Tools is a brand new resource. Each month, a free printable will be posted in this area to help you with your life/wellness goals.

Discounted rates for college students are now extended to those who recently graduated from college. I understand the financial and life difficulties after graduating, so show me a copy of your transcript and I will honor the discount up to one year after your graduation date.

Change can be uncomfortable and scary, but it can also be exciting and life-enhancing. And that's exactly what counseling is. It is change, and it challenges you to make more changes. It's a little uncomfortable and scary at first, but with brave steps can be life-enhancing.
